EcoWay Builders - Residential & Commercial Roofing & Construction
EcoWay Builders is the Midwest's premier leader in "green" building restoration. The commercial and residential restoration industry creates approximately 11 million tons of material waste each year. Much of this waste can be recycled and turned into re-usable asphalt used to build and repair our local roads and highways. We make every attempt to recycle 100% of our jobs' material waste and although we do offer traditional roofing products, EcoWay Builders also offers several environmentally friendly products designed to be energy saving alternatives to your conventional building materials. Become an EcoWay Builders Customer today and do your part in making a difference in the community around you.

January 1999
What is your primary product or service?
Residential & Commercial Roofing and Construction
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Everyday we make every effort to minimize our carbon footprint on our environment through simple procedures both in our offices and in the field. We don't do this because we are "green freaks" or "extremist environmentalists," we do this because it is the responsible thing to do. We realized we could make an enormous impact by simply changing our company's focus. We understand that by providing environmentally-friendly material options and changing our disposal procedures, we can make a difference with not only our projects, but by reaching the community, we can help change the entire roofing and construction industry as we know it. Currently, most roofing material is disposed of in landfills. Since most shingles are made primarily from asphalt, when recycled, they can be used to build roads, highways, patch potholes and even make new shingles and create fuel oil. Many states are unaware of this process and the benefits associated with shingle recycling. According to Owens Corning, recycling the old roofing of a home is equivalent to recycling a year's worth of household waste. On average, 3 tons of roofing is recycled per household in the United States, and with eight of every 10 households using asphalt shingle roofing, the numbers quickly add up. It is our goal to reach out to the leaders of our communities and make this necessary process of shingle recycling a requirement in every major township across the country by helping implement recycling facilities while operating a roofing and construction company by only the greenest standards and setting a new precedence among roofing companies nation-wide.
