We began in a partner's garage in 1998. Keywest was incorporated in 1999.

We provide digital signage products, software, installation, and creative services, depending on our clients' need.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
The owners of Keywest Technology have been involved in technology for their entire careers. Specifically, they have been involved with the development and distribution of professional video equipment for the last twenty years, which eventually lead to private investments in their own cloud-based software and multiple signage applications, from conference center digital reader boards to digital menu boards and video walls.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Rather than being just a technology provider or a creative agency, Keywest Technology is an end-to-end solution provider specializing in digital signage. We design, integrate, and support our solutions worldwide. We also staff in-house creative talent. Regardless of your digital signage need, Keywest Technology offers product engineers, project managers, creative personnel and support staff to fulfill and exceed your expectations.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our headquarters is in Lenexa, Kansas. We sell our solutions through a nationwide network of AV system integrators.

We are located at 14563 W 96 Terrace in the Lenexa business park. You will easily find us about half way between Santa Fe Trail and Lackman Road. Coming from either west or east on 95th street, turn on to Dice Lane, which is approximately a half-mile from Lackman or Santa Fe Trail. We recommend visitors to call us for an appointment first, just to make sure someone would be available to meet with you.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and company checks. We also provide leasing plans for all of our products and services.
Which areas do you service?
We service the Kansas City metro area directly, and through reseller partners, North America.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Our company is privately held by two partners who reside in Johnson County. One partner, Koytt Nichols, is the CEO and President.

Our doors are open from 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday.
